Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Painters to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the painting industry, working on a variety of projects including residential, commercial, restoration, and industrial painting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a desire to develop their skills in construction painting and related trades. This is a paid position suitable for individuals looking to start or advance their careers in the construction and painting fields.

Duties

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking to ensure quality finishes
Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or power tools with precision and attention to detail
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and schematics to understand project specifications
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during various painting tasks
Assist with rigging and scaffolding setup as needed for high or hard-to-reach areas
Perform restoration work on existing surfaces to improve appearance and durability
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout each project
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met on time

Experience

Construction experience is preferred but not required; we provide training for entry-level candidates
Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial painting is a plus
Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings is advantageous
Experience with hand tools, power tools, carpentry, or rigging will be beneficial
Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timelines
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working at heights if necessary

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
