KDH is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join the OR/Clinics team on a casual basis.

In addition to the Hospital’s requirements for commitment to the Mission and Philosophy of Care the following are requirements for this position:
Qualifications:
- Registered Practical Nurse Diploma with a current registration issued by
- College of Nurses of Ontario;
- Registered Practical Nurse Operating Room Certificate;
- Recent OR surgical experience (2+ years);
- Recent Clinics experience (2+ years);
- Current BCLS Certificate;
- Proficient in the use of EMR – Epic (Ambulatory Clinics & Lumens modules);
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly;
- Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile technique;
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
$36.60/hr
