Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Member Relations Manager to lead our member engagement initiatives and foster strong relationships within our organization. This role is vital in ensuring member satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our community programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strategic mindset to manage diverse projects and teams effectively.

Duties

Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
Oversee the planning and execution of member events, programs, and initiatives.
Manage member feedback channels, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align member services with organizational goals.
Conduct analysis of member data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Negotiate partnerships and agreements with external vendors or organizations to benefit members.
Maintain comprehensive records of member interactions, feedback, and program outcomes.
Lead projects aimed at expanding membership base and improving member retention rates.

Skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse community members effectively.
Excellent analysis skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to supervise teams and motivate staff.
Exceptional customer service orientation with outstanding communication skills.
Effective negotiation skills for building partnerships and resolving conflicts.
Superior verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
