River City Nissan is looking for a high-performing Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that success comes from delivering value to customers while maximizing dealership profitability.

What You'll Do
- Present financing, leasing, warranty, protection products, and insurance options to customers.
- Secure financing approvals through lender relationships and financial institutions.
- Ensure every customer receives a professional, transparent, and compliant delivery experience.
- Maximize finance, warranty, and protection product penetration while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and product providers.
- Complete all documentation accurately and in compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries.
- Track performance metrics and consistently achieve departmental goals.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat business and referrals.
What We're Looking For

- Previous automotive F&I experience preferred.
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and aftermarket products.

Compensation
Expected Earnings: $120,000 – $250,000+ annually
Compensation includes:
- Finance reserve commissions
- Product sales commissions
- Volume bonuses
- Performance incentives
