Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining the hotel’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and capable of handling a variety of front desk responsibilities during overnight shifts. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the hospitality industry, delivering memorable guest experiences while supporting hotel operations.

Duties

Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information
Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
Prepare reports related to daily financials and occupancy for management review
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Assist with other tasks such as portage and breakfast setup.
Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience with front desk operations in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Knowledge of guest services procedures and hospitality standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as required

This role is essential for delivering outstanding guest experiences during nighttime hours while supporting the overall success of our hotel operations. We welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional service.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
