Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing guests with a welcoming breakfast experience, ensuring food quality, safety, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in the food industry or restaurant settings preferred. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
Ensure food safety and proper handling of all food items in compliance with health regulations
Replenish buffet stations and assist guests with food selections as needed
Monitor food quality and presentation throughout service hours
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests
Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages to ensure smooth operation
Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and sanitation standards

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Experience with food preparation or barista skills are a plus
Hospitality experience is desirable but not mandatory
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
