Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, coordinate guest services, and maintain a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your leadership will be vital in delivering outstanding hospitality, managing multi-line phone systems, and supporting a smooth check-in and check-out process. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for hospitality, this is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily front desk activities to ensure efficient operations
Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls appropriately
Oversee guest check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and professionalism
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with tact and urgency
Train and mentor front desk staff to uphold service standards and hospitality best practices
Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details
Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
Support administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and inventory management

Experience

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Knowledge of hotel procedures, guest services, and hospitality standards
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems is advantageous
