We are Kamloops' ONLY gender neutral hair removal bar. We wax + laser ALL bodies and strive to make our clients feel empowered every time they walk out of our doors. We believe feeling foxy is not a luxury…it’s a basic human right.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Reception/Client Care Specialist, you are the first point of contact for clients, embodying Foxy Box’s brand promise and core values in every interaction. Your role is crucial to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly. You will also educate clients on aftercare and product knowledge, contributing to their overall experience and participating in community events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fufilling our brand promise of: providing The Best Hair Removal Experience Ever. Period.
- Promoting the Foxy Box brand and our product offerings.
- Client communication; answering phone calls, emails, text messages, in-person inquiries.
- Guiding clients in their home care routine and selling retail products, based on individual client needs.
- Using Zenoti platform to manage client bookings and appointment book management.
- Cash handling and balancing.
- Receiving, sorting and organizing retail inventory and other administration duties.
- Keeping the facilities up to BC Public Health standards.
- Supporting Vagicians as needed (we're a team!)
