Job Summary
The job is best suited for a journeyperson that can perform skilled work in all types of plumbing installations. Work involves service/maintenance work in addition to new construction or renovation work, liaising/communicating with contractors and home-owners, performing other related duties as required.

Job Demands
By applying for this job, you acknowledge an understanding that regular requirements and demands of this job include (but are not limited to):

Ability to regularly lift and carry items up to 20kgs, and occasionally lift and carry items over

20 kgs.

Regular physical effort using tools that require accurate control and steadiness; using gross and fine motor skills, and working in awkward or cramped positions requiring strength and/or endurance.
Ability to work with efficiency and maintain focus until task is complete, re-focus after interruptions and maintain an efficient work pace.

Job Qualifications
Certified Journeyperson Plumber.
Certified Gas Fitter with valid B ticket.
A minimum of three years of plumbing experience
Demonstrated strong time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required.
Criminal record check may be completed upon hire.

Wage and Schedule
Competitive wage based on experience
Full-Time – Monday to Friday (some weekend emergency work required)
Benefits (after 3 months full-time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
