Full job description

In Centre/Virtual Registered Behavior Analyst

Job Description: As a RBA at Empowered Academy, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the lives of our students by providing expert guidance and support. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising 3-4 Senior Therapists.
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and strengths of each student.
Developing individualized behavior intervention plans behaviour support plans based on assessments and ongoing data analysis.
Collaborating with our team of educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure seamless implementation of behaviour support plans
Providing training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members.
Monitoring and evaluating student progress through data collection and analysis.
Making necessary adjustments to behaviour support plans to maximize effectiveness and achieve targeted goals.
Collaborating with families to ensure a consistent approach to behavior management both at school and at home.
Direct Client work as needed
Staying current with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications:

Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) Certification.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
