Door-to-Door Marketing Representative

Rydel Roofing & Siding – Ottawa's Premier Roofing & Siding Company

Rydel Roofing & Siding is Canada's largest residential roofing & siding company, stretching from coast to coast. It is a company dedicated to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our Door-to-Door Marketing Team. This position focuses on generating qualified leads and raising awareness about our services in local communities.

Position Overview

As a Door-to-Door Marketing Representative, you will be the first point of contact between Rydel and potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify homes that may benefit from our services, engage with homeowners, and schedule them for free estimates. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and are looking to develop their sales and communication abilities.

In addition to door-to-door marketing you may be asked to represent Rydel Roofing & Siding in various Vendor Partner locations across Ottawa, as we are partnered nationwide for roofing and siding installation with our Vendor Partners. In this setting it is critical that you are able to remain active, smiling and engaging customers, for long periods of time without distraction.

Key Responsibilities

Canvass assigned neighbourhoods, or market in our Vendor Partner locations, to connect with homeowners.
Identify homes in need of roofing & siding.
Share information about Rydel’s services in a professional and approachable manner.
Collect and record client information to schedule free estimates.
Upload client details into the CRM system accurately and promptly.
Deliver excellent customer service while representing Rydel with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with new people.
Ability to work independently with flexibility in scheduling.
