Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to the creation and maintenance of beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves hands-on work in various landscaping projects, ensuring that clients’ properties are well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing, and functional. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and outdoor construction, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties

Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
Operate lawn care equipment like zero turn lawn mowers, walk behind mowers, weed wacker a etc.
Maintain gardens through pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and mulching
Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming using hand tools and equipment
Perform routine equipment maintenance and mechanical repairs as needed
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all landscaping activities
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications

Qualifications

Prior experience with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred
Knowledge of how to use and operate weed whacker(trimmer)
Familiarity with hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) required for landscape work
Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively in outdoor environment.
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Mechanical knowledge beneficial for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance

Pay: $19.50-$23.50 per hour
