Overview
Boothwrks Inc. is a landscape construction company specializing in high-quality outdoor builds and restoration projects. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting a range of landscape and construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will bring physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Duties

Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
Support site preparation, demolition, clean-up, and restoration tasks.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project.
Work collaboratively with the crew to meet timelines and quality standards.
Participate in toolbox talks and contribute to job site efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

Previous experience in landscape or construction work is an asset, but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor labor.
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of tools and job site protocols preferred.
A commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
