Full job description

This is not a door knocking position or MLM

We are Oasis Innovations Canada, we're specialized in residential Water and Air Treatment products, our company has the most state of the art equipment currently available on the market.

We are looking to expand our Sale team with motivated individuals who strive to make bonuses and quotas. Our Sales team presents products directly to our consumers, you will be provided with qualified leads from our Home Depot marketing Campaigns.

You should have prior experience working with leads from marketing campaigns and exceeding sales objectives if you want to succeed in this position. From the moment you make contact with a customer until the sale is finalized, you will utilize your communication skills to build strong relationships with them. You will also ensure that the right aftersales care is provided.

Responsibilities:

Providing high level customer service with maintenance packages and equipment purchases to all company appointments and referrals.
Ability to work in a timely and professional manner with all customer interactions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated decision making skills
Ability to properly explain the install process and application of the products and services
Submit all paperwork and payments in a timely manner

Education/Experience / Requirements:

Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
Sales Experience
Water Filtration experience (asset but not required)
Bi-Lingual (asset but not required)
Minimum Education; Bachelor's Degree (asset but not required)
Casual business attire

This position requires candidates to:

Perform water quality testing inside customers homes
Provided Preventative maintenance recommendations for homeowners
Water Quality Evaluations
Close Deals

TRUTHS

If you want the $1500 - $2500 Monthly guarantee, you will need to work some kiosk shifts to help collect leads inside a Home Depot.
These are the "Glengarry Glen Ross" leads from Home Depot. You will need to pass a security clearance to be able to go sell them.
This is sales, your results matter. We are looking for managers and distributors as we expand to more locations. We promote based on an individuals results only.
