Help us take a standout brand to the next level.

Stone Sisters is one of Kelowna’s leading real estate brokerages, and we’re growing fast in the luxury space. We’re looking for a creative marketing mind to own our brand and ideas — someone who walks into a high-end listing and instantly sees how to make it shine.

This is a collaborative role. You’ll work directly with ownership to shape the vision, and alongside our admin team who help bring it to life. You bring the ideas and creative direction; together we execute. You’re not doing everything yourself — you’re the brand brain behind it all.

You might be our person if you:

Live and breathe marketing — and get genuinely excited about branding, design, and standout campaigns
Understand real estate marketing (a huge asset here) and know what makes a luxury listing feel luxury
Are always watching what’s next — trends, tools, ideas — and love to keep learning
Use AI tools fluently to work faster and smarter (this one’s a must)
Can run with an idea independently, but thrive collaborating and brainstorming
Are organized, sharp on detail, and genuinely lovely to work with

What you’ll do:

Own our brand and lead the ideas that set Stone Sisters apart, especially in the luxury segment
Partner with ownership and guide our admin team on execution — print, social, guides, and listing marketing
Create premium pieces that wow: feature sheets, seller/buyer guides, neighbourhood packets
Keep us ahead of the market with fresh ideas and a sharp eye on trends
Help shape our marketing plan and make our spend work harder

What you bring:

Luxury Brand Experience a must: Experience working with or within a luxury brand — whether in real estate, hospitality, retail, design or a comparable premium market — is highly regarded.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) for content creation, ideation and efficiency — this is a core requirement of the role
Strong marketing background with a refined creative and brand sensibility, ideally suited to luxury or premium markets
Ability to work independently, generate ideas and own outcomes with minimal supervision
Clear understanding of real estate; real estate office experience an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms; design tool familiarity
(Canva etc.) an asset
Friendly, professional and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism with an understanding of confidentiality
Valid drivers licence with clean abstract
Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or business an assetPart-time with flexible hours, based in our Kelowna office. Compensation commensurate with experience. Real estate experience and a marketing or business background are assets.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kelowna, BC
