About the Role:
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own and elevate the RWT Capital brand. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution. You'll lead our marketing function; shaping how we show up across digital channels, client events, and industry touchpoints, while working closely with our leadership team to amplify our voice in the market.
If you're a well-rounded marketer who's energized by building something meaningful, comfortable moving between big-picture strategy and day-to-day content administration and creation, and passionate about brand authenticity, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Operations
- Manage the firm's marketing calendar, budget, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee SEO strategy, Google Business Profile, and digital presence.
- Support PR efforts including press releases, media relationships, and coverage amplification.
- Track, report, and act on marketing performance data across channels.
Brand & Content
- Own and evolve the RWT Capital brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business development goals.
- Write and produce high-quality marketing materials including decks, client resources, newsletters, and announcements.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate complex M&A concepts into compelling, accessible messaging.
Social Media
- Manage and grow RWT Capital's presence on LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content; including deal announcements, firm milestones, thought leadership, and event coverage.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize based on data.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and identify opportunities to grow our audience and influence.
Web & Digital Presence
- Work with website partner to manage the RWT Capital website, ensuring content is current, on-brand, and optimized for search.
- Work with third party by managing SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, Google Business Profile, and directory listings.
Events & Client Experience
- Work with CEO and Partnership team to plan and execute client-facing events including luncheons, receptions, and industry sponsorships.
- Manage vendor relationships, logistics, invitations, and on-site coordination.
- Ensure every event reflects the RWT brand and they are polished, intentional, and memorable.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 - 8 years of marketing experience, ideally in professional services, finance, or a similarly relationship-driven industry.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills; you know how to craft a message that lands.
- Proven track record managing social media and content programs with measurable results.
- Experience with SEO strategy, Google Analytics, and a CMS platform (WordPress or similar)
- Experience planning and executing client events from concept to execution.
- Strong design sensibility and proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- A self-starter mentality; you own your work, manage your time, and don't need to be told twice.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment where priorities shift and initiative is valued.
- Familiarity with M&A, finance, or capital markets is an asset, not a requirement.

Compensation for this role ranges from $65,000 - $85,000 per annum based on skills and experience, plus benefits and bonus structure based on KPI's.
