About Us
Presidential Management Group is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Financial Coordinator to join our team in West Kelowna. This position is ideal for someone with experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial administration who enjoys working with numbers, creating organized systems, and supporting business operations.
Working closely with management and project managers, you will help monitor budgets, manage cash flow, and improve financial processes across multiple projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor company budgets and cash flow.
- Develop and implement budgeting systems and financial tracking processes.
- Track project budgets and work closely with project managers to help ensure projects remain within budget.
- Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations to management.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage 50 Accounting.
Operational Support
- Assist with financial planning and operational decision-making.
- Improve and maintain financial procedures and internal processes.
- Ensure records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Provide administrative and financial support to the management team as required.
Qualifications
- Experience using Sage 50 Accounting is required.
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, or financial administration.
- Strong understanding of budgeting and cash flow management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Schedule
This position is expected to average 4–8 hours per week, depending on operational needs. During the initial onboarding and implementation period, additional hours will be available as you help establish budgeting systems, organize financial processes, and support operational improvements. Once these systems are in place, the role will transition to the ongoing part-time schedule.
