Penticton Toyota is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Product Genius to help guests explore the latest Toyota vehicles, technology, and features in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

If you love vehicles, technology, people, and creating exceptional customer experiences, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a dealership that has proudly served the Okanagan for over 40 years.

What You’ll Do

Welcome customers and guide them through Toyota vehicle features and technology
Demonstrate infotainment systems, hybrid technology, safety features, and connectivity tools
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and delivery presentations
Help customers pair phones, set up apps, and understand vehicle settings
Support the sales team with product knowledge and customer education
Stay current on Toyota products, trims, EV/hybrid advancements, and competitor offerings
Create engaging showroom and online content when needed
Deliver an outstanding ownership experience from first visit to final delivery

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills
Passion for automotive technology and customer service
Comfortable learning and explaining new technology
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
Valid BC driver’s license
Automotive or sales experience is an asset, but not required
