Skills Requirements:
· Education: A university degree in business administration, commerce, economics or a related field is required.
· Work experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of managerial experience in any financial establishment is required
Job Duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the financial and operational performance of PNR Management’s investment portfolio, including petroleum retail sites (gas stations), convenience stores, and car wash businesses operated through affiliated numbered companies.
· Oversee capital allocation, financial structuring, and performance management of investments across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with corporate growth strategy and return expectations for investors.
· Establish and enforce corporate policies, financial controls, and standard operating procedures across head office and operating entities; monitor compliance and recommend continuous process and efficiency improvements.
· Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, vendors, and strategic partners to secure funding, support expansion initiatives, and enhance business development opportunities.
· Promote and support revenue growth by identifying new investment opportunities in petroleum retail, convenience store expansion, and ancillary services such as car wash operations.
· Conduct financial and operational due diligence on new and existing ventures, including feasibility analysis, risk assessment, and return-on-investment evaluations.
· Review, analyze, and approve capital expenditures, financing arrangements, and internal funding requests for operating entities within delegated authority limits.
· Monitor financial performance across all locations and entities, including sales, margins, operating costs, and cash flow; ensure timely and accurate reporting and corrective actions where required.
· Oversee preparation and consolidation of monthly financial statements, investor reports, and operational performance dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
· Assist the CFO in credit arrangements, lending relationships, and financial obligations associated with expansion projects and ongoing operations.
· Lead and support recruitment, performance management, and professional development of head office staff; identify organizational capability gaps and implement training initiatives.Provide strategic guidance and oversight to site-level management teams to ensure consistent execution of corporate objectives, customer service standards, and profitability targets.
