Whether you are an experienced BCLS, a survey professional pursuing licensure, or a recent graduate eager to develop your career, we are interested in hearing from you.
This is not a traditional surveying position. The successful candidate will initially lead survey operations on a major project while gaining exposure to a broad range of surveying, hydrographic, environmental, and geospatial services. As our capabilities continue to expand, this role offers opportunities for leadership, business development, and long-term growth within the company.
Our team delivers traditional surveying, hydrographic surveying, UAV-based mapping, and advanced geospatial services throughout British Columbia. Capabilities include RTK-GNSS and Total Station surveying, bathymetric and hydrographic surveying, LiDAR and orthophoto acquisition, thermal imaging, stockpile and volumetric analysis, topographic change detection, infrastructure inspections, environmental monitoring, and survey support for engineering and design projects.
We are seeking an individual who is excited by the opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional surveying, hydrography, geomatics, environmental sciences, and emerging geospatial technologies.
The Opportunity
Initially, the successful candidate will lead survey operations on a major project site and play a key role in project delivery. Beyond project responsibilities, we are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is interested in helping grow our surveying practice.

Our goal is to establish dedicated leadership for our surveying division, creating a pathway for the right individual to grow into a division leadership role and potentially participate in future ownership opportunities.
