Leasing Specialist – Lease-Up (Kelowna, BC)
Devon Properties is seeking a results-driven Leasing Specialist to support the lease-up of a new residential community in Kelowna. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships quickly, and is motivated by achieving leasing targets.

Schedule
· Tuesday to Saturday with shift start and end time varying based on operational needs
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak traffic periods as required during active lease-up phases
What You Will Be Doing
· Serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants and deliver a professional, welcoming experience
· Conduct property tours, host open houses, and support all leasing activities required to achieve occupancy targets
· Deliver engaging and informative tours that showcase the community, amenities, and resident experience
· Manage and track a high volume of leasing inquiries with urgency, organization, and attention to detail
· Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
· Build strong product knowledge related to pricing, incentives, availability, and local market competition
· Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to support leasing traffic and conversion goals
· Ensure show suites, amenity spaces, and presentation areas remain polished and move-in ready
· Track leasing activity, lead conversion, and performance metrics to support lease-up objectives
· Deliver a responsive, service-oriented experience that reflects Devon Properties’ professional standards
What You Bring
· Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience with demonstrated results
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
· A polished and professional presence with a customer-first mindset
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
· A results-oriented and target-driven approach
· Excellent follow-up habits and attention to detail
· Experience using CRM systems, digital leasing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
· Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
· Rental Property Management License, or willingness to obtain, is considered an asset
