We’re heading into our busiest, sunniest season—and we’re growing.

The Bumwrap is looking for seasonal sales associates to join our team for spring and summer. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where strong communication, confidence, and initiative matter.

This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on availability.

What This Role Looks Like:
This is not a passive retail or cashier role.

You’ll be:

Creating engagement with customers consistently (not waiting to be approached)
Helping style outfits, recommend products, and build full looks
Moving quickly and staying aware of the floor at all times
Keeping the space clean, organized, and elevated
Supporting a team that runs on energy, accountability, and standards

Who You Are:

Naturally warm, confident, and comfortable talking to people
Able to read the room and adjust your approach
High-energy and proactive without needing constant direction
Reliable, punctual, and able to move with urgency
Someone who enjoys being busy and part of a team

The Environment:
We are a boutique swim and lifestyle store. This role requires the ability to create energy and experiences for every person who comes through the door. A large part of this role involves supporting customers of all ages and genders and being hands-on in fitting rooms and try-on environments, including assisting with sizing, fit, and product adjustments in a professional and respectful way. Comfort in this type of environment is essential.

This may include adjusting straps, helping customers into or out of products, assisting with sizes, making pairing suggestions, etc, and handling all matters professionally and respectfully.
