Valley Mitsubishi in Kelowna is expanding our sales team and is currently hiring two Automotive Sales Representatives to support strong demand heading into the Summer selling season. What You’ll Do
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and guide them through vehicle purchase options
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
- Address customer questions and objections confidently and professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Generate leads and manage customer interactions using CRM tools
- Work toward individual and dealership sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Previous sales or customer service experience with a steady work history required
- Outgoing, relationship-focused personality (“people person”)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence, motivation, and quick problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, MS Office, and online tools
- Professional appearance suitable for a dealership environment
- Self-driven with a desire to achieve personal and team goals
- Must be eligible to attain a VSA licence for sales in British Columbia
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential: $75,000–$150,000+ per year (no commission cap)
- Guaranteed base hourly pay
