Salt Water Digital is currently seeking someone to join the team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about digital marketing and open to learning new skills. This position will mainly focus on Search Engine Optimization (TRAINING PROVIDED), but there is an opportunity to expand into other areas of Digital Marketing. A candidate with previous experience in SEO/Google Ads/Web Design is an asset, but definitely not required.
Ideal candidate may be someone who recently graduated from University, has a customer service background and is interested in a career in marketing.

Salt Water Digital is a leader in Digital Marketing servicing small to mid-sized businesses across Canada and the United States. We help businesses grow by creating and implementing digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Google. Our main focus is on paid advertising strategies, but we also offer SEO strategy, web & landing page design.

Position Summary & Responsibilities
While the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator will focus primarily on Search Engine Optimization, this position is still quite diverse .TRAINING IS PROVIDED. In this role, you will advise clients on search engine marketing and develop campaign strategies to achieve their unique business goals. You will also own the set-up and ongoing management of the campaigns, which will include ongoing optimization based on the analysis of campaign data and conversion data.
General Responsibilities include the following:
- Implementing Search Engine Optimization Campaigns.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing ongoing optimization based on the analysis of campaign data.

We understand that you may not have the experience or skillset to fulfill all responsibilities from the outset. We have an in-house training program on all platforms and will provide third-party skill advancement as well. The below skills are desired but not mandatory.
