Mario's Towing is seeking a creative and driven In-House Marketing Specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing program tailored to our clients' needs. If you are passionate about marketing and enjoy collaborating with a sales team, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

Build and execute a marketing program that aligns with our company goals and client needs.
Customize marketing strategies and programs to meet the specific requirements of each client.
Develop and manage direct advertising campaigns to promote our services and offerings.
Create and execute promotional blasts to engage clients and drive interest in our products.
Collaborate with the sales team to build effective marketing programs that support their efforts and enhance client relationships.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

**Key Qualities:**

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in marketing or a related role is a plus.

**Wage**

- 60k - 65k annually
