Full job description

Full-Time: Weekdays 8:30am-5pm.

CENTURY 21 Assurance Realty Ltd. is looking for a positive, energetic, detail-oriented individual to support our Marketing Services Team.

The primary objective of the role is to assist our team in the timely and accurate execution of our Marketing Service offerings to our Realtors. You will be the point person for all marketing services and manage the department’s inbox with the goal of delivering high quality materials, good turnaround, and outstanding client service.

The successful candidate likes to have fun but is also hard working, detailed oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities but not limited to:

· Triage Marketing requests and oversee trigger process from start to finish.

· Serve as a point of contact for agents while providing responsive and professional support for marketing requests

· Coordinate photography shoots & order yard signs

· Prepare iguide and Floor Plans for Matrix

· Enter photos and copy into feature sheets and brochure templates.

· Organize photos in Google Drive and network filing system.

· Manage property listings on company website and assist with website updates.

· Prepare just listed/sold postcards.

· Create, publish, manage content on company website & social media channels.

· Monitor and engage with company social media accounts.

· Development and maintain positive online reputation.

· Create and publish newsletters, e-blasts and blogs.

· Manage and improve lead generation campaigns

Required Skills & Experience:

· Positive, energetic and enjoys learning.

· Demonstrates creativity and good project management skills.

· Team player and collaboration

· Excellent communication, patience, and good customer service skills.

· Good time management, organization and attention to detail is essential.

· Proactive and enjoys trouble shooting.

· Understanding of Mac computers for administrative tasks

· Proficient Google Suite & Canva

Experience:

· Diploma in Marketing, New Media, or related field

· 1-2 years working experience in social and digital media.

Assets, but not mandatory:

· Experience in Real Estate Industry

· Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign

· Website management and design (working knowledge of WordPress)
