Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled individuals with a strong passion for quality workmanship to join our dedicated team. As a key member of R Squared Builders Ltd, you will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks across multiple construction projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining the high standards of excellence we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled tasks related to carpentry (primarily Framing)
Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety standards.
Deliver high-quality craftsmanship on all projects, paying attention to even the smallest details.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Uphold R Squared Builders Ltd’s reputation for excellence in customer service, quality, and craftsmanship.

Key Requirements:

Experience in the construction industry considered an asset.
A strong commitment to quality and pride in your work.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Be willing to travel for work. Work is primarily Muskoka, Haliburton and Barrie Area
