At Trisan Construction, we’re currently looking for a skilled and reliable 310T / 310S Mobile Mechanic to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving complex mechanical challenges, and want to be part of a supportive, safety-focused company, this role is for you.
In this hands-on position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of trucks and construction equipment. You’ll work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, diesel, and welding systems, using your diagnostic expertise to keep our equipment operating safely and efficiently.
This position will be servicing our job locations up North in Collingwood, Gravenhurst and Huntsville.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, diesel, and welding systems across a variety of trucks and construction equipment
- Diagnose issues efficiently and carry out high-quality repairs to minimize downtime
- This position is primarily off-site and will not be assigned to a specific location, which will require extensive travel and exceptional customer focus;
- Complete service records and documentation accurately and consistently
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all safe work practices
- Assist with the general upkeep and maintenance of construction equipment
Qualifications & Experience
- Certified 310T and/or 310S Mechanic with proven experience repairing and maintaining construction or heavy equipment
- Strong working knowledge of heavy equipment systems and safe repair procedures
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 35 kg (77 lbs) and performing tasks that involve bending, climbing, and crawling
- Valid G Class Driver’s License
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Aibility to prioritize workload
- Welding experience considered a strong asset
- Must provide own tools

- 10 hour shift
