Hourly Rate: $17.60-$21.00/ hourly, plus tips

Job Description

We are seeking passionate and energetic servers to join our FOH team in delivering a consistent, fun dining experience. The ideal candidates will have passion for great service and are eager to learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a server, you will be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Support all aspects of the daily operations, including greeting and serving our guests.
Help to ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures.
Support FOH team members, providing support to ensure efficient operations of the guests dining experience.
Help to foster a positive work environment.
Assist the FOH team in organizing and maintaining a clean station, including the dining room.
Responsible for carrying their own tips and floats as per company procedures.
Responsible for monitoring stock movement and inventory levels, and for promptly notifying management when stock is running low.
Responsible for opening and closing duties as per company procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record as a server.
At least 2 years of experience as a server is required.
The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience:

A minimum of two years as a server.

Licence/Certification:

Smart Serve (required)
