Beyoung Health is a growing Canadian virtual clinic focused on evidence-based hormone care and medical weight management. We are looking for BC-licensed Nurse Practitioners who want flexible virtual work, focused patient visits, strong administrative support, and a structured clinical workflow without the overhead of traditional clinic practice.
The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners licensed in British Columbia to join our growing virtual clinical team. This role is well suited for NPs who value clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and focused patient interactions without the overhead of in person practice.
You will provide end to end virtual care for adult patients seeking testosterone therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy, or medical weight management, supported by established protocols, administrative coordination, and a streamlined EMR.
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical questionnaires and clinical history
- Order, assess, and interpret laboratory tests
- Determine clinical eligibility for hormone therapy and weight management programs
- Conduct secure video consultations to review symptoms, medical history, and lab results
- Prescribe and monitor treatment plans within NP scope, including TRT, bHRT, and medical weight management where clinically appropriate
- Provide patient education, follow up care, and ongoing monitoring
- Adjust treatment plans and renew prescriptions as clinically indicated
- Document all encounters in Telus CHR in accordance with BCCNM standards
Required Qualifications (Must Haves)
- Nurse Practitioner licence in good standing with BCCNM
- Authorization to prescribe controlled substances (completed CDS education module)
- Eligible to independently assess, diagnose, prescribe, and order laboratory tests
- Professional liability coverage through CNPS or equivalent
- Compliance with BCCNM and PIPA standards for virtual care and informed consent
- Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace for video visits
Relevant Experience Considered an Asset (Training Provided)
- Experience in men’s health, women’s health, endocrinology, or primary care
- Prior exposure to TRT, bHRT, or medically supervised weight management
- Experience providing virtual care or working with EMRs (Telus CHR an asset)
