Aurora Inn Front Desk Attendant

Aurora Inn is a four-generation, family-run inn that has been welcoming guests to the Annapolis Valley for over 40 years. We’re known for warm service, attention to detail, and going “over and above” for both our guests and our team.

We’re currently seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join our collaborative, people-first environment.

What you’ll do:

Welcome guests with efficient check-in and check-out
Handle reservations, phone inquiries, and daily front desk operations
Balance cash floats and complete daily checklists
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front desk area
Be empowered to resolve guest concerns and exceed expectations
Support team communication using daily logs
Pitch in during quieter moments with light housekeeping support such as laundry and folding linens — teamwork matters here

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented
Organized, reliable, and a strong mature communicator
A team player who takes initiative
Interested in personal and professional growth

Schedule & Pay:

Approx. 32-40 hours/week
Weekdays & weekends | Day and Evening shifts
Hourly rate negotiable
