We're Hiring! Barn Staff – Hunter/Jumper Stable (Kingston, Ontario)

Join our professional hunter/jumper facility in Kingston, Ontario, where we pride ourselves on top-quality care, a supportive team, and a great group of clients.

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated individual to become part of our barn family.

Position Highlights:

Full-time or part-time position (flexible for the right candidate)
Competitive pay based on experience
Opportunities to grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

Daily barn chores (feeding, mucking, turnout, etc.)
Administering basic equine first aid and recognizing signs of illness/injury
Maintaining clean and organized barn facilities
Assisting with care and preparation of competition horses
Communicating effectively with clients and team members

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a professional hunter/jumper or equestrian barn setting required
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Horse-first mindset and attention to detail

Bonus if you have:

Experience with show grooming or competition prep
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
