Job Description
Precision Tree Company is a growing local tree service based in Kingston. We specialize in tree removals, pruning, and property cleanup.
We’re currently looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to assist with tree work. This position will start part-time and has the potential to grow into full-time as the season picks up.
This is physically demanding outdoor work and is best suited for someone who enjoys working outside, staying active, and being part of a small, efficient crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Dragging brush and feeding the chipper
- Assisting with tree removals and pruning
- Handling ropes, tools, and equipment safely
- Cleaning up job sites thoroughly
- Occasionally helping load/unload trucks and trailers
What This Job Is REALLY Like
This is not an easy job.
- Work is outdoors in all weather (heat, cold, rain)
- Days can be physically demanding and tiring
- Some jobs are fast-paced and require focus and awareness
- You’ll be working around heavy equipment and falling limbs
That said, it’s very rewarding work if you like staying active, learning new skills, and seeing the results of a hard day’s work.
Pay & Schedule
- $20–$30/hour depending on experience
- Part-time to start (flexible), with opportunity for full-time
- Hours will vary depending on workload and season
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable with physical labour
- Punctual and shows up ready to work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in tree work, landscaping, or construction is an asset (but not required)
- Valid driver’s license is a strong asset

- Working at heights / climbing experience
- Experience with trailers or equipment
