Full job description

Ready to build something that keeps the world cool? Join Cancoil as a Brazer and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality HVAC coils.

This is a hands-on position where you'll use brazing torches and specialized equipment to join copper components with precision. Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

What You'll Do

Read drawings and work orders
Set up and operate brazing equipment
Prepare and braze copper assemblies
Inspect your work to ensure quality standards are met
Complete production paperwork and move finished products to staging areas
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We're Looking For

✅ Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
✅ Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
✅ Manufacturing, brazing, welding, or assembly experience is an asset
✅ High school diploma
