Concord Homes is seeking experienced Carpenter Apprentices to be part of our team.

Job Summary:

Must be familiar with framing new builds and all aspects of building residential construction and/or home renovations. Pay will be based on previous experience with the opportunity for advancement. Finish Carpentry and ICF foundations experience considered an asset.

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on previous experience.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and organize all materials, tools, and products.

· Must be professional and provide positive and courteous customer service to clients.

· Possess excellent communication skills and can manage multiple priorities.

· Submit weekly paperwork accurately on time, complete and neat.

· Follow and lead by example all health and safety policies and procedures.

· Maintain a clean and non-cluttered worksite as well as company vehicles.

· Able to estimate the quantity of materials needed to complete a job.

· Detail oriented with excellent carpentry skills.

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

· Professional appearance.

· Ability to work with others or independently.

· Able to work full time with a flexible schedule.

· Working at Heights Certificate.

· Lifting of tools, supplies and materials of 50 lbs or more

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
