Summary

"HVAC Technician - Helper" position available at KYRO Mechanical in Kingston, ON. Join our team to support installation and maintenance projects that keep homes comfortable and energy-efficient. Your role will be vital in helping us deliver exceptional service aligned with our commitment to quality.

"HVAC Technician - Helper" supports our skilled technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a reputable company dedicated to excellence.

Assist with the installation and servicing of HVAC systems in residential settings.
G3 License (required)
Support senior technicians in troubleshooting system issues.
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks.
Help interpret schematics and technical diagrams.
Contribute to team efforts to complete projects on time.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills.
Previous experience or training in HVAC or related fields is preferred.
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
Valid driver’s license is an asset.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
