Responsible for a geographically diverse portfolio of stores across Southern and Central Ontario, supporting operations in urban, suburban, and regional markets.
The salary range is $80K-90K
Description
Operations and Business Leadership
- Oversee the performance and daily operations of multiple locations within the assigned district
- Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, procedures, and brand expectations across all locations
- Drive sales performance, profitability, labour management, and operational efficiencies throughout the district
- Analyze financial and operational reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Partner with Managers to develop action plans that support revenue growth and operational performance
- Maintain high standards related to food quality, cleanliness, merchandising, presentation, and customer experience
- Ensure all locations operate in compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
- Take a highly visible and hands-on approach to supporting Managers and resolving operational challenges
Leadership and Team Development
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop Managers and leadership teams across the district
- Conduct regular store visits to provide operational support, leadership coaching, and performance feedback
- Support succession planning initiatives and identify high-potential talent within the organization
- Foster strong communication and alignment between corporate leadership and store operations
- Lead by example with a supportive, responsive, and hands-on leadership style
- Encourage an ownership mentality and a strong sense of accountability across store teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience within a customer-focused environment
- Proven success driving sales growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and employee engagement across multiple locations
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing labour, budgets, profitability, and key performance metrics
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Hands-on, adaptable leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within retail, hospitality, QSR, food service, or other high-volume customer-facing environments is considered an asset
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the district and provide operational support outside standard business hours when required
