Position Summary
The Production Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of finished goods to our customers. You will be responsible for efficiently completing production batches by following the training and instructions provided to you while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Batch Building:
Verify the accuracy and completeness of building a batch through the information provided on a batch ticket.
Package materials using appropriate equipment (e.g., pack out machines, forklifts, product identification and bin locations).
Carefully inspect and stow materials and report any discrepancies.
Properly label and stow completed items according to established procedures including clearly marking and communicating discrepancies on the batch ticket.
Daily cleaning of production equipment and rooms assigned preventative maintenance tasks and scheduled cleaning tasks in production and warehouse areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field, or equivalent operational experience.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in supply planning or procurement
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving operational excellence.
- Experience in supply chain planning within multiple ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
Production Equipment:
- Maintain a clean and safe production work area, ensuring efficient machine operation and material handling.
- Inspect all equipment before use and report any discrepancies to your supervisor immediately.
- If you deem any task unsafe, seek management input before proceeding.
- Seek training for all required equipment tasks from fellow operators and members of the management team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license (preferred, depending on specific tasks).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with NetSuite and RF Smart (preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently and collaborate with others.

Pay: $54,000.00 per year
