Could you be the full-time Quality Inspector in Kingston we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality inspection expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside skilled and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure product compliance and support operational excellence in our manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production teams and quality assurance specialists), perform inspections, and validate reworks, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of recording inspection results in digital tools, but also support Elementary Production Unit (EPU) managers in station-to-station handovers and quality animations.
We’ll look to you for:
Performing inspections and ensuring product compliance according to the Quality Control Plan
Recording inspection results using industrial digital tools
Supporting EPU managers during station-to-station handovers
Conducting workstation quality animations with EPU managers
Applying simple problem-solving techniques, such as 5W analysis
Managing and validating rework processes

Associate degree, with a technical major preferred
Ability to read drawings and specifications
Familiarity with a variety of test equipment
4+ years of quality inspection experience in the manufacturing industry, including the use of digital tools
Experience in operational activities and documentation management
Strong communication skills and a rigorous approach to work
Collaboration and teamwork mindset
Railway industry experience is a plus

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $65,000 – $73,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
