Purpose:

The purpose of a Operations Associate - Warehouse and Equipment Support is to efficiently manage and handle various tasks within a warehouse to ensure smooth operations. The warehouse associates play a crucial role in supporting the supply chain by managing inventory flow, maintaining order accuracy, and contributing to timely distribution of goods.

Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday: 10AM-9PM

Job Responsibilities:

Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and personal safety responsibilities
Ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and in compliance with company policies and procedures
Ensures that all customer orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner
Handle and maintain equipment and supplies according to established procedures
Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, labeling, Kit assembly and staging
Responsible for returning all cancelled, double picked, unsuccessful orders to stock.
Perform basic inspection, cleaning, and tracking of equipment and inventory
Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and organization of storage areas
Record information related to inventory, equipment, or errors as required
Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams to resolve operational issues
Participate in required training and continuous improvement activities
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in warehouse, operations, equipment handling, or technical support is an asset

Work Environment:

Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of a shift.
Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments (extreme heat/cold)
Must be able to lift, push, and pull materials consistently throughout the shift.

SKILLS:

Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
