Major Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Customer Service

Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables
Maintains an accurate system of daily moves, scanning inventory and counting accurately
Engages with vendors, customers and associates with a positive attitude

Qualifications & Job Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organization and time management skills
Knowledge of inventory management systems and experience with computer systems
Prefer knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson® Parts & Accessories merchandise, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
Required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 30 lb. of material

Working Conditions

Pay: $17.39-$19.00 per hour
