We are looking for Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Kingston. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, responsible for all inbound/outbound shipments, loading/unloading of vehicles, completing proper documentation, processing of paperwork, warehousing of goods, and periodic inventory counts.
Responsibilities:

Operate unpowered or powered equipment i.e., handcart, pallet jack, forklift, bedmover etc. (certification required for powered equipment)

Daily inspection of forklift and bedmovers
-
Pick ordersPrepare shipments including pulling, stacking, labelling and staging. Could also include skidding, crating, strapping, and wrapping
-
Loading/unloading trucks and moving product, equipment or bulk materials to proper locations in warehouse or yard by hand and/or using unpowered or powered equipment

Verify accuracy of shipments and keep detailed records

Complete required shipping documents

Receive orders
-
Load & unload pickup trucks, cube vans, commercial trucks and other vehicles

Stock shelves with product

Correspond with courier for pickup or drop off when required

General housekeeping of work area

Other duties as required
Requirements:

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
