Join Our Team!

We are a busy, privately owned small animal veterinary clinic looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for both pets and their families. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with animal and people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
Answer phone and respond to emails.
Schedule appointments and manage daily appointments.
Check patients in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate medical records.
Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technical staff to ensure efficient patient care.
Assist clients with prescription refills, food orders, and general inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is required.
Veterinary reception experience is an asset but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Completion of the veterinary assistant program is an asset but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient with computers and able to learn veterinary practice software.
