Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection.

Duties

Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Manage food service operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Implement and uphold food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety procedures.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends while considering customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen environment.
Focus on plating and presenting every dish in a luxurious fancy style

Experience

Proven experience in a culinary role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant management practices.
Demonstrated expertise in food handling and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
A background in hospitality is highly desirable, along with experience in managing kitchen operations efficiently.
