Summary

Join Minuteman Press Kitchener as a Finishing & Bindery Assistant. This role is vital in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our printing and finishing processes, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

Operate finishing equipment such as bindery machines and cutters to prepare printed materials.
Assist with the assembly, binding, and packaging of print jobs.
Maintain and troubleshoot finishing machinery to ensure smooth operation.
Follow safety protocols when handling equipment and materials.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Ensure quality control standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

Proven experience with finishing or bindery operations is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
