What You’ll Do:
- Support Chiropractors and Physiotherapists in delivering outstanding patient care
- Assist with patient treatments and clinical flow
- Help create a welcoming, positive, and efficient clinic environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient communication
- Support therapeutic services and maintain treatment spaces
- Provide admin support by scheduling and billing (including some direct billing)
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-first clinic culture

✔ Experience with laser therapy and shockwave therapy is considered an asset
✔ Experience using Jane App would be fantastic
✔ Flexible availability including early mornings and some early evenings
