Vision Truck Group – Cambridge (Corporate Office)

Position: Receptionist
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year

Vision Truck Group is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team at our new corporate office in Cambridge. Our ideal candidate should have a welcoming and positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to learn on the job. Experience in front desk and office administration would be considered an asset.

What You’ll Do:

Answer and transfer incoming phone calls.
Greeting customers and providing a welcoming environment.
Filing paperwork; providing administrative support for office staff.
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Occasional assistance with minimal tasks for the Accounting Department.
Organize outgoing and incoming mail.
Processing outgoing packages.

What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma required.
Previous experience in front desk and office administration considered an asset.
Warm, welcoming and outgoing personality.
Must have strong customer service skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
Solid computer skills required in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and excel in time management
