The Roll in a Nutshell:
- Leading a crew of 2-3 on high-end residential projects
- Taking a leadership role for critical phases of our projects
- Completing a diverse range of daily tasks required for renovations, including:
- • Demolition
- Structural Framing
- Window and Door installation
- Insulation
- Trim Carpentry
- Exterior finishing
- Keeping tools, equipment, job sites, administrative systems, and vehicles organized and clean
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years in residential renovations/construction
- Experience leading junior-level labourers/carpenters an asset
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- College carpentry or pre-apprenticeship programs an asset but not required
- First aid training and Working-at-heights training an asset but not required
- Driver's License and own transportation
- You aspire for a long-term career in construction. This is a great stepping stone to becoming a Site Supervisor!
- You are eager to learn and develop your skills.
- You have a real passion for working with your hands and building.
- You enjoy variety in what you do.
- You take a ton of pride in delivering a high-quality product.
- You like working as part of a fast-paced team and have a great sense of humour.
