Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Door Greeter / Game Master to welcome guests and ensure they have an enjoyable experience at our entertainment venue. This role involves engaging with visitors, managing guest flow, and facilitating game activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with children and families, and have a positive, approachable demeanor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests while contributing to a fun and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression
Assist guests with check-in procedures and answer any questions about the venue or activities
Manage guest flow to ensure safety and comfort throughout the facility
Facilitate and oversee game activities, ensuring guests follow rules and enjoy their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the greeting area and game stations
Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
Support food service operations if applicable, including basic food handling and customer interaction
Ensure guest safety by monitoring activity areas and enforcing safety guidelines
Promote a fun, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Experience

Prior experience working with children or in guest services is preferred but not required
Strong public speaking skills to engage with guests confidently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Experience in cash handling is a plus but not mandatory
Background in hospitality or entertainment environments is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
Must have a license and is able to transport themselves to and from work
