The Landscape Maintenance Team Member plays a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and visually stunning first impression for every guest who visits a Pearle Hospitality property. The individual in this position is responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through attentive care of the grounds, seasonal landscaping, and proactive upkeep of gardens, lawns, and walkways. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintain lawns, gardens, walkways, and outdoor amenities to ensure a consistently beautiful and welcoming first impression for guests
- Perform routine grounds care including mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal cleanup
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and responsibly, maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Support seasonal landscaping projects that enhance the property’s ambiance and reflect Pearle Hospitality’s standards
- Ensure walkways, patios, and outdoor gathering areas remain clean, safe, and guest‑ready at all times
- Respond promptly to outdoor maintenance needs to support smooth property operations and guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a consistently positive attitude in all interactions, taking ownership of your actions and contributing to a respectful work environment.

Additional Duties:

Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years relevant job experience
- Valid G Driver's License
- WHMIS certification (training provided)
- Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, horticulture, or a related field
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a high standard of quality
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and pruning tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining beautiful, guest‑ready outdoor spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform manual outdoor work, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of walking or standing
- A positive attitude and a service‑oriented mindset
